Characters in this book include:

  • Thirty unique NPCs native to the myriad nations of Golarion, with illustrations, histories, complete stat blocks, and special boons for PCs who befriend them. While they bear flavor and history tied to their homelands, all 30 NPCs may appear in any part of the world, and in any setting—use them as mentors, allies, cohorts, or sworn enemies of your PCs.
  • More than 50 nameless NPC stat blocks, custom designed for maximum utility in your game, including raiders from the Lands of the Linnorm Kings, Katapeshi slavers, spider-riding goblins, Gillmen knife fighters, and evil cultists. Patronicus Drendane A Chelaxian spy-master in the Hellknight Order of the Scourge and arch-enemy of Ries Cuprianas.
Methen Jagaro A ruthless merchant lord from Druma and devout follower of the Prophecies of Kalistrade.
Vaylen Goldfield A former aristocrat from Galt who lost everything in the revolution, and now spends his days wandering the Inner Sea with a cult of Varisians, seeking to reunite the fragments of a long-lost and evil symphony.
Halig Oaklage A power-hungry ghast priest of Zon-Kuthon from the undead land of Geb
Jherek Oivos An scout of Hermea, assigned to the Inner Sea to seek out participants in the great utopian experiment of the gold dragon Mengkare.
Galenna Icethorne A ruthless and skilled agent and granddaughter of Baba Yaga from the frozen lands of Irrisen, feared throughout the Lands of the Linnorm Kings. She can sometimes be found south of the frozen North seeking rare artifacts and valuable information.
