The Nogortha Necropolis is an ancient burial site located in a lightly-wooded valley in the Nogortha Mountains of western Andoran, southwest of the town of Oregent. Here, the warriors of the last indigenous tribes of the Arthfell Forest are laid to rest, many of whom were defeated by the Taldan General Khastalus around 1707 AR.[1][2] The site contains numerous barrow mounds, many of which have already been plundered by grave robbers or Pathfinders. The area was known to be a lair for the undead. Vampires in particular preyed upon the local citizens for years, until they were defeated by the Eagle Knights in the not-too-distant past.[3]
