Vono is a halfling servant who works in the stables of Greensteeples, Count Varian Jeggare's estate in the Chelish capital of Egorian. He works there with his father Miro, and his brother Lom. Like all halflings of who live in Cheliax, his social position is just about that of a slave, although he and the other halflings are treated well by the Count, and are fiercely loyal to him.[1]
