Vydrarch was a legendary sea dragon that lived in Outcast's Cove beneath the shadow of the Irespan. According to historic accounts he was as large as a castle tower. His slaying marked the founding of the city of Magnimar. Legend has it he was slain by a paladin of Aroden named Alcaydian Indros. He fought Vydrarch in the waters of Outcast Cove, eventually cleaving the Vydrarch's head in two and leaving his corpse to bleed into the surf.[1]
